Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost.

Note:

Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Endless Blue Luxury Suites” reservations is not considered as confirmed until receipt of the deposit.
The deposit must be received by “Endless Blue Luxury Suites” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.
Confirmation of the deposit should also be forwarded to “Endless Blue Luxury Suites” reservations by either sms (phone message) or email.

Refunds

For a cancellation of booking, a refund of the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:
Full refund – When a cancellation of the booking is made with a minimum of 31 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Endless Blue Luxury Suites” reservation’s department.

Note:

100% of the deposit is refunded.
Accepted notices are either by sms (phone message) or email.

100% cancellation fee:

A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 30 days from the date of check in.

Note:  No refund to the deposit is refunded.

Balance of charge
The balance of the booking is made to “Endless Blue Luxury Suites” prior to the departure date.

Note: Banking tranfer costs are charged to the customer
